Purchases & Returns

The Human Raw website presents the products, but the purchase does not take place here: it is completed externally, on the Vinted platform.

• Choose the product and size (S or M) and add them to your cart.
• In the cart, press “Continue on Vinted”.
• You are redirected to the Vinted listing for the selected size, where you can complete the purchase.

On Vinted each size is a separate listing: to continue, your cart must contain a single size.

The website does not handle checkout, does not receive payments and does not collect shipping addresses.

Before confirming your order on Vinted, check directly on the platform:

• the final price;
• any shipping costs;
• the payment methods;
• the delivery options;
• Buyer Protection and the other procedures available on Vinted.

Payment, shipping and the handling of the transaction take place on the Vinted platform, under Vinted's terms and procedures.

For procedures relating to a transaction made through Vinted (for example reporting a problem with your order), refer to the terms and procedures that apply on Vinted.
